Checked in at 8:38 and left at 9:10. I couldn't believe it. Because every time I come here to unload, it takes between 1 hour and 2 hours. So lucky👍
Get there about 30 minutes early. I showed up a little over an hour early and was turned around. They are hard to understand on the speaker. Have your tractor license plate ready. They ask for it. I had to park and go to door W049 to get a dock door. I had a 10 am appointment time, and apparently, that's when they go to lunch. Didn't talk to anyone until 11am. Dolly down and disconnect, you can leave property. There are truck stops on the loop and I-40 about 2 miles away, they'll call ya when they are done. Got my paperwork at door W049. Left at 3pm, so yeah, it is a time kill. Good luck.
This is the worst Amazon warehouse I have ever seen, no delivery orders come even after waiting for a long time. They always look lazy and slow.

Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early to avoid potential delays
- Have your tractor license plate ready as it may be requested upon arrival
- Be patient during check-in procedures as they can take time
- Engage directly with employees for a more positive experience
Reviews
Visitors to the Amazon Fulfillment Center AMA1 have shared mixed experiences, with some mentioning challenges in communication and wait times while others appreciated the friendly face-to-face interactions. Reviewers highlighted the need to arrive early, bring necessary documentation like a tractor license plate, and be prepared for potential delays during check-in and loading processes. While some found the staff disrespectful and management lacking, others praised the on-site personnel for their kindness. Overall, visitors noted that navigating the center could be confusing but acknowledged that once engaged with employees directly, interactions were positive.
